How to protect your yellow pine products?

We recommend that Yellow Pine items be painted for covered areas and stained for covered or direct weather.  With your choice of several stunning paint colors and beautiful stain colors, you can give the personal touch to every area of your home or outdoor living spaces.  You can also choose to order these items unfinished and apply your own once you receive your order.  It is important that Yellow Pine products be protected by quality outdoor finishes to prolong the life of your purchase.  Yellow Pine items are not recommended for use in areas in direct contact with the ground.

What is Maintenance-Free Poly?

Maintenance-Free Poly furniture lumber is produced from recycled materials that boast a nearly maintenance free character.  It is a “green” product that is made from the plastic milk jugs and bottles that you recycle instead of throwing them in your local landfill.  The poly lumber features many beautiful colors that can be combined to create your own unique pieces!  Click HERE to see color samples.

Are items shipped fully assembled?

Many items will be sent partially assembled.  However, any assembly needed is simple.  All items are sent with assembly instructions and hardware.  FREE touch-up paint is included with each painted order.

Can you ship items outside of the United States?

Yes.  All prices listed are for shipments within the 48 continental states.  However, we can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or to other countries.  We do ship most items worldwide.  Send a request for a shipping quote.  Include the exact address you would like your purchase sent to for accurate quotes.

Ordering, Shipping, Terms of Sale

Easy Ordering Process:

We strive for this site to have an easy flow ordering process.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week online ordering is available.  Once your order is finalized online the process begins to get your order moving in your direction.  Those orders are put into finishing or packing process in many cases the same day for fastest turn around as possible to you.

The online payment process is clear, simple and secure.  If however, you wish to pay by check or other form, please contact us for details.  Please be aware that payments received by mail will not be processed until the payment is received and the check has cleared at the bank.

Shipping – Fast & Free:

Your order will ship the best way possible to you.  Most items will be sent FedEx, UPS or USPS.  Items that are too large for these carriers will be sent using the best truck freight option available.  Larger items that need to ship via truck freight will include “curbside” delivery service.  These deliveries require the signature of an adult over the age of 18.  Curbside means it is the truck drivers responsibility to unload the item at the end of your driveway and it is YOUR responsibility to receive and move the item to a secure location in or around your home.  Curbside does not include liftgate, set up or assembly or items or removal of packing materials.  In the case of truck freight, the trucking company will notify you that your item(s) are ready for delivery and set up an approximate delivery time with you.  Please be sure to take delivery quickly as to avoid any possible storage fees they may apply.

Can I cancel an order?

Once you process your order online, orders cannot simply be canceled.  We submit your order into the scheduling and production quickly.  Once that is done ItsAllAmish and thus you, the customer becomes financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise.  All orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee IF the order has not yet shipped or entered production, finishing and packing.  NO exceptions.  If the order has been finished, packaged or shipped it cannot be cancelled.  Cancellation requests, must be submitted online through the contact us e-mail.  Include name and order #.  If an order is refused at the time of delivery for reasons other than damage, the actual freight cost will be deducted from any agreed upon refunds.

Returns – We want you to be happy with your purchase:

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied.  If you wish to return an item within the first 20 days for any reason (other than damage, we will take care of that for you for free), you will be refunded the purchase price of the product less outbound shipping charges we paid to get the product to you and a 20% restocking fee.  Please note that we will deduct the outbound shipping charges we paid from your return refund.  You will be responsible for return shipping charges.  All COD returns will be refused and returned to you.  All products must be returned in their original condition, original manufacturers packing, documentation, hardware, instruction sheets, and parts must be included.  Otherwise, additional fees may be deducted from your refund.  No returns will be accepted and refunded without proper notification and return authorization.

The following are NOT eligible for return:

  • custom orders
  • clearance items
  • items that have been assembled, modified or used.
  • products not in their original package or original condition
  • any item without a RA# (return authorization #)

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged, Missing Parts, Incorrect Items (5 day grace period):

Although this is rare, no one alive today is perfect.  If a part is missing, let us know as soon as possible.  We will send that to you right away at no cost.  If a part is damaged, let us know as soon as possible.  We will send that to you right away at no cost.  Pictures may be requested.  If you receive the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible.  We will get the correct item to you asap.

All damaged items, missing parts or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days.

Please inspect your box upon arrival.  Note any damage with the carrier.
